Sixweel and Ti-Master components appeared in multiple World Tour teams, completing races and winning stages.

Material Characteristics: TC4/Grade5 titanium alloy, tensile strength reaches over 1050Mpa after special heat treatment, surface hardness reaches 36HRC.

Appearance and Structural Design: TC4 material characteristics and direction of force, to ensure the stability of shifting and reduce the damage to the frame in case of impact. Non-critical stress areas are hollowed out to reduce weight.

Structural Design: Derived from the Ti-Master design, due to the use of different materials, we have retained more material in the stress areas to ensure that the tailhook achieves the same level of performance as the Ti-Master product.

Optimized Functionality: Compared to 3D printing and CNC machining of aluminum alloys, TC4 titanium alloys are CNC machined as a whole for higher precision, more stable material density, and more stable physical properties.

Processing Technology: Special heat treatment, 4AXIS CNC machining.

Engineered from Grade 5 (TC4) titanium alloy, the SixWeel front caliper adapter undergoes advanced heat treatment to exceed 1000 MPa tensile strength and reach 36 HRC surface hardness, ensuring uncompromising strength and durability under the most demanding braking conditions.

Each adapter is CNC-machined from a solid billet of titanium, with carefully reserved contact surfaces for screws, frame, and brake calipers. This provides longitudinal and torsional support, preventing damage to screws, frame, or mounting points during high-intensity braking.

To further guarantee reliability, SixWeel supplies custom high-strength titanium screws, ensuring stability in real-world racing and heavy-load conditions.
